Maybe NJ Isn’t That Bad
My first somewhat positive experience in NJ came last year when I went to see Jason Mraz and Bon Jovi at Giants Stadium. Then earlier this year I went to Medieval Times to celebrate Schanker’s birthday. Tonight may have been even better than that special night at Medieval Times. Tonight Heidi and I went to a DCI competition at Giants Stadium. Heidi didn’t know exactly what to expect, though I’d already told her it was sorta like a football game without all the boring, wimpy little football players. It was awesome, as expected. Even the bad bands were good. Sadly, The Cadets lost to those stinkin Blue Devils. (sigh) I had almost forgotten how much fun I used to have in the band. NJ, thanks for another entertaining evening.
