This Week’s Laundry List
Yes, I am still alive. I’d almost forgotten how much fun this work and school thing is. (Note sarcasm.) This semester I have 5 group projects in one class and 3 in the other. I’ve already cancelled a couple of fun Easter festivities so I can get caught up. Still, I am too happy with the new job to complain about my life.
I registered for summer classes last week. I have 13.5 credits left. There’s a very slight chance I will even finish this calendar year! It all depends on whether or not the family decides to take the trip to Paraguay in July (which we’ve discussed) and what classes are offered in the fall.
Mother Nature and I haven’t been seeing eye to eye lately. I’m not sure if she’s got PMS, if Father Time pissed her off, or she didn’t get the memo about spring. Whatever the case, I’d like to give her a piece of my mind re: this snow stuff.
Irony: The sidewalk in front of the insurance company is never scrapped when I walk to the subway.
Michael’s wedding is next weekend. I had to buy a suit. It is with the tailor right now, getting altered. I expect to have an apartment full of guests next weekend, so I’ll have to squeeze in some spring cleaning when I take a break from studying.
I want a Playstation Portable. There was a line of people buying them this morning when I walked by the Sony Store. I feel like an adult now b/c I realize that the last thing I need is another distraction.
My baby computer is going on strike again. This time is the LCD. I think she may be on her last leg. I’d really like her hang in there another couple of months.
My fellow high school class officers and I have started planning for our 10 yr high school class reunion. I’ve already registered a domain. I’ll post a link as soon as I can get the temp page up.
