New Year’s Resolution
Obviously, “To update my blog more often” was not one of my New Year’s Resolutions. Honestly, I am not sure where the last six weeks have gone. I am soooo happy to be done with school. After complaining about school for so long, I feel like that should be my opening line in every posting for at least the next 3.5 years. I have been working a lot - I mean A-LOT. One day last week, I logged about 14 hrs in the office. I promised myself I wouldn’t spend all of my newly found free time at work. It looks like I may have to reassess.
Here’s a quick update on a few things:
* Christmas was good. We drove to OH, then to NC and back. It was the 1st time I’d ever been away from my fam on Christmas. Everyone seemed to adjust (including myself.) Top gifts included: Playstation Portable (and games,) Sirius Satellite Radio, and Ionic Breeze.
* Heidi’s lil sis had her baby and the twin sis is due at the end of the month.
* Linda had her baby. Congrats!
* Drill announced that he and Julia got married at the courthouse.
* My friend Michael moved to Arizona
* I am again planning to go to Paraguay, which by publicly writing this, means something will cause my plans to fall thru.
* Jaesan visited over the holidays and is now back in London.
* My friend Tony just moved back from Taiwan.
* I am going to have a joint bday/graduation party in early March.
