Please welcome Jacob Alexander Gomez. He joined us today at 3:17 PM. Weighing in at 8 lbs 12 oz, he’s already got a good start on things. Mama and baby are happy and well. Dad is a mess.

We’re at the hospital. Heidi’s been having contractions all day. Doc says baby is not going to come tonight. They are going to keep Heidi over night and we’ll see where things stand tomorrow morning.

Per Andy Cahn’s recommendation, I’ve done some work so that I can post photos to my blog, without needing a wired connection. Keep an eye on my photos page. Hopefully we’ll have some good photos to share over the next few days.

While I am still testing this photo things and Heidi is resting, I went ahead and posted some additional photos. These are from the baby shower a few weeks ago.

I really find Twitter annoying. I do not know why. I really enjoy Facebook status updates. In fact, I probably check Facebook status updates every 12 hrs or so.
Anyway, this Twouble with Twitters is probably a little hypocritical, but amusing nonetheless.
