NYS Law on OTC Meds
Yesterday, when I was on my way home, I stopped by the drugstore and picked up some medicine for my throat. The cashier let me know that New York State Law states that you must be over the age of 18 to buy certain over-the-counter medicines. She had to log my ID in a notebook that was behind the counter. Is Crystal Meth really that big of a problem?
