Life Update: Residence

Heidi and I are looking for a new place together. Even considering buying a house. NYC metro prices are so freakin ridiculous. A two bedroom co-op in Queens can easily cost $300K. Do you know what I could buy in NC for $300K??? I’ll tell you. I could buy 50+ acres with a brand-new, custom built mansion! In Paraguay, I could buy 30 ranches!
