AudioScrobbler
For the last few days, I’ve been playing around with this little plug-in called AudioScrobbler. Similar to Amazon’s recommendation engine functionality, AudioScrobbler uses a plugin to monitor what music you listen to on your computer and then lists profiles of other users with similar tastes (kinda like Friendster.) You can use it to automatically post your playlists as well as find out about new music. It is also supposed to work well with last.fm, an Internet Radio site. There’s not a ton of users yet, but it looks like it has some potential.
