Back From Ohio
I am back from Ohio. Friday afternoon we went to The USAF Museum (USAFM) in Dayton, OH. It was pretty nifty, though we only stayed an hour or so before we had to go back to Columbus to pick up Heidi from the airport. She was on another flight. Later that evening we went to Heidi’s sister’s (Andrea) ring ceremony. She was inducted into the order of the engineer.
Then Saturday morning we went to her graduation, then rushed to a wedding of an old high school bud and later on to the reception. It was a full day to say the least.
I have to gloat. I was on very good behavior. It is tough being a trophy bf. You have to be just witty enough to make a good impression, but not so charismatic that you become the center of conversation – very fine line there. Someday I’ll have to create guidelines those still in training. I flew back this morning and spent the day recovering. I’m also sending a few photos from last week’s EEG party.
