Night at the Movies
Tonight I went to see Fahrenheit 911 with Robin and some of her friends. Sadly, I don’t even remember the last time I went to the movies. The movie was great. It really made the audience think hard about the events surrounding 9/11 and what we’ve done as a nation since then. I’ll be the first to admit, it was not the normal Sam flick. (Yes, Colin, by that I mean a movie with a laugh track and gratuitous nudity.)
BTW, I’ve also started reading a book. Don’t get too excited. It is not one of the Great Books of the Western World. It is a beginners book on running titled “The Beginning Runner’s Handbook.” I’d like my evening walks to evolve into something more. No promises. Just reading.
Finally, I’d like to share my renewed passion for music. Since I got my computer back, I’ve been listening to a ton of music.
My Music Picks of the Week:
Matt Nathanson: Beneath These Fireworks
Snow Patrol: Final Straw
David Bowie’s: Greatest Hits
Silvertide: anything I can get my hands on

I suggest Feeder “Comfort in Sound.” I love Snow Patrol.

Yeah, I will try and pick that up. I like some of Feeder’s older stuff. I never understood why we (Elektra) dropped them.
