Kiss, Kiss, Kiss
Layla was my first girlfriend. We “went together” from Kindergarten until 5th grade when she realized that she was pretty and I was not. If I recall correctly, another girl, Leslie, told her this. Anyway, I almost didn’t post this one because it was too good to be true. I have kept the original spelling, but added some punctuation to make it legible. There’s no date on this one, but it looks like a 3rd or 4th graders handwriting. From now on, I shall refer to these years as my glory days.
Sam, I love you so much that you are the only person I think about. I would never go with a other boy in my life. I hope you fill the same way about me. Wright back PLEASE!

BTW, Melissa T, if you tell Layla I posted this, I swear I will dust off some of your old poems from AG. (Yes, I just found a whole stack of Christmas poems from Ms. Hamil’s class.)

Oh my goodness, this stuff is hilarious! By the way, I haven’t talked to Layla in years…wonder how she is? What makes it hilarious is that I know these people that you are talking about…Leslie, and I’m guessing the same Valerie I’m thinking… Anyway, bring out the AG poetry…I can take it. But do you happen to remember our AG class making a news broadcast??? Mrs. Norman happens to own the video now and thought it funny to show it to me a few years ago. She and I still keep in touch, so I’m sure I could get my hands on it. Although it is equally as embarrassing for me,(I did a commercial for hand cream and a “live” broadcast in front of the Berlin Wall-better known to us as the newly built brick wall outside of the library.)I seem to remember Sam Gomez doing an exercise segment for our broadcast complete with a demonstration of all the moves…..I’m sure all of your friends would love this one….
