After 5125 years, the Mayan calendar will end in December 2012. Yes, the Mayans were smart enough to estimate a 365-day year. Unlike other ancient calendars, the Mayan calendar has never been wrong. All its predictions have been accurate. Why didn’t they continue the calendar past 2012? Eh, why bother? Everybody on this planet is mutating. By 2012 we will have reached a total collapse of time as we know it and an entry of humanity into post history. The Mayan prophecy says that we will soon not need money and about the same time we will have universal telepathy. Good thing, cause my student loads are getting out of hand.
