The Pinky Swear
I am getting ready to default on a pinky swear. And while I think all pinky swears made under the influence null and void, I still feel bad. Nonetheless, I am sure the other party is preparing to give me hell about this at a certain upcoming bday party. Please note, I already feel guilty and there’s no need to ruin a perfectly good opportunity to celebrate. Also note, I made the pinky swear with the total intention of making good on my proposition, I did not anticipate being out of work for 10 months. Still, I feel bad.
What is the punishment for defaulting on a pinky swear anyway? Do I even want to know?
