The Honeymoon Is Over
Literally. I am headed into the City on the train from Long Island. Again, since we haven’t found an apartment in Forrest Hills just yet, we’re gonna be nomads until we can get the living situation sorted out.
The first leg of the wedding tour went great. On the way from Hilton Head to Ohio, we made a couple of stops. We stopped in Asheville, NC to visit my niece who just started college at UNC-Asheville. Then we spent a day with my family in East Bend. Then it was on to OH for a few days with the in-laws. The main event was the party in Heidi’s dad’s backyard. The party included approx 100 guests. We left about 6:30 AM yesterday and got back last night. Needless to say, we’re both pretty exhausted.
